Vegan Pastry Chef, Cara Moseley, makes unique vegan desserts for the Green Owl Cafe and teaches classes at the W***y Street CoOps and other various venues in and around the Madison Area. Cara has long been cooking up creative concoctions, and has helped open up the Green Owl Cafe as staff Pastry Chef, featuring vegan, gluten free and raw vegan desserts while frequently including fresh and local ingredients.
Make sure you get to the Green Owl this week for some vegan Banana Cream Pie! it s also gluten free and soy free.
