A rustic German atmosphere and classic pub food menu make Der Rathskeller a favorite spot for students, staff, and community members to enjoy a live concert or sit down and watch a Badger game. This account was created as a group project by a class of students in the UW J-School who love the Rath and want to share their passion with other UW students and the local Madison community.

Fun Fact: The six paintings in the Rath represent the six major extracurricular activities of students: athletics, government, journalism, music, forensics, and drama.
