I have a traveling library with over 500 books I take everywhere. ALL feature a character of color! There are many beneficial aspects of children reading to dogs:
- increased motivation to read independently
- increased self-confidence and self-esteem
- increased sense of support
- reduction of stress/anxiety

Had a great day at the Sun Prairie Pride Fest, handing out free LGBTQ+ kids books! Can’t thank everyone enough for donating so many books from our Amazon Wish List—- everyone from childhood friends, family, FB friends that I haven’t even met, co-workers, and even my Internal Medicine doctor!! I can’t do any of this without you all! Thank you so much Love you all!!!
