3) Initiating community dialogues to better understand the nuances of what is happening in trans communities and how people are utilizing resources;

4) Sharing community-driven data with TGNC community members, service providers, and organizations with the goal of informing future decision-making about how to increase accessibility, in order to strengthen competency of services in WI and increase the wll-being of TGNC communities;

5) Convening community partners committed to working toward the coalition mission & values and engaging in collaborative work; and

6) Developing sustainable infrastructure to carry this work into the future and continue the process of strategic interventions. VALUES:
We center our values in our work, namely:
A) Transperancy: We are committed to being open and forthcoming with information/data to build community trust;

B) Intersectionality: We are committed to eliminating racism, genderism, classism, transphobia, and other oppressions that create differential impacts in TGNC communities; and

C) Shared Power & Leadership: We are committed to community-based leadership and share decision-making that centers the views and experiences of those most affected by the issues. PRIORITIES:
Our priorities emerged from a community health assessment and the ideas from a community meeting. They are:
1) Centered racial justice through intentional collaboration and community-building with leaders in TGNC communities of color;

2) Access to TGNC-competent health care, providers, and resources;

3) Working to eliminate violence towards TGNC people; and

4) Non-discrimination in public spheres that impacts TGNC people's access (employment, housing, legal services, etc.)
