Hey Track and Field Fans! We are still waiting for our website to be updated with the sign up sheet for Meet #3, but if you’ve signed up for a meet previously this season, you should have gotten an email with a link to registration already. Let us know if you have any questions—sign up for the meet at Sun Prairie West on July 17th closes tomorrow night at 10pm!

Wisconsin Track Fans!
We’re so excited to welcome you all to our second Summer Track Series Meet of the year tomorrow at Oregon High School!
Over 500 athletes will be competing in this meet! As always, our meet staff is made up entirely of volunteers, and we’re incredibly grateful for any help that ensures everything runs smoothly and on time — thank you all in advance!
Athlete Check-In
- When you arrive, head to the registration desk to pick up your color-coded wristband.
- Staff at the desk will let you know which color your group is.
- Registration opens at 4:30 PM
- First events begin at 5:30 PM, following a rolling schedule (Event timeline is attached for reference.)

Track vs. Field Event Priority
If you’re signed up for both track and field events, please note that track events take priority.
- If your track event is called while you’re at a field event, you will be excused to go run.
- We will not delay or re-run track heats, so please be attentive to announcements.
- After your track event, return promptly to your field event. We’ll do our best to ensure you get all your attempts, but this may be more difficult for the vertical jumping events.
Weather Reminder
The forecast does currently include a slight chance of rain.
- Rain alone will not cancel the meet.
- Lightning may cause delays, pauses, or cancellation of the meet. Final decisions will be made on-site at the track.

Sign up for our SECOND Summer Track Series Meet of the 2025 season is now open! This meet is USA Track & Field sanctioned, and we'll be racing at Oregon High School on Thursday, July 10. The sign up form and more information can be found at wisconsintc.org/sts . Please note that each athlete is limited to three individual entries, and that registration closes at 10pm on Tuesday, July 8th. Information for relay registrations can be found in the sign up form.
