Due to health issues (not COVID) I need to temporarily suspend housecalls. I will be able to continue working from the office, which means I can field phone calls, remotely control computers from mine, and clients can bring computers to my office for service. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Decline any suggestion from Norton to activate their dark web monitoring service. They will ask for a bunch of sensitive information that I would not want to give them. The reality is even a company like Norton can be hacked or have rogue employees, or it may have been an email from a scammer who is impersonating Norton. I always operate under the assumption that less is more, and I believe that really applies here. The fewer organizations that have my SSN, etc, the better.

If you want to use TurboTax to file your taxes and want to keep using Windows 7 as your operating system, use their on-line version rather than their stand-alone software. It works the same, if not better.
