Under A-Rest

Our next senior spotlight is for HALEY! 🎉🤍 Haley has served as UAR’s Vice President for two years alongside Sam (our fav dynamic duo). While she has made incredible contributions on the executive board, the most special thing Haley brings to UAR is the kind of person she is. When Haley walks into rehearsal, her smile and positive energy is contagious. Over the years, she has been a source of continuous care and support for other members, whether they’re looking for advice, mentorship, or just someone to talk to. As hard as it is to see Haley go, we hope she feels assured in the incredible impact that she has made on this group and everyone in it. We are so excited to find out what amazing things she’ll accomplish in the future, including being the best fourth grade teacher ever! 🥳💕

For our first senior spotlight, we have SAM! 🥳🤍 Sam has served as UAR’s president for two consecutive years, and can be accurately described as the glue that holds the group together. If you’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sam, you’ll know how incredibly dedicated he is, as well as the way he makes everyone around him comfortable with his presence. The mark Sam has left on UAR as a group and the many members he’s formed relationships with across his 4 years has left them entirely changed for the better. We wish him only the best in his future endeavors, which involve a master’s degree and being everyone’s favorite TA next year! ✨💕

We are incredibly proud to share that Under A-Rest placed second at the ICCA Great Lakes Semifinal, marking UAR’s first placement at Semis! In addition, Simon Haines earned the special award of Outstanding Arrangement for our entire set!

Shoutout to our friends/Quarterfinal partners for placing 3rd, and for taking first and representing the Great Lakes region at ICCA Finals!
