Little adventure this morning. A mother mallard and three hatchlings were huddled scared in the rotating door outside our office. We were able to catch them, hitch a ride with a Madison Police Officer to James Madison park to get them to the water.

Here’s a first for us… a delicious cake with teeth! So cute!

These beautiful roses are from one of our young patients who grew up and moved out of state 😢 She recently had a checkup and was told her “mouth was trash” and needed nine new fillings. Even if someone did need a lot of work we would never say that! We had her send the X-rays and photos they took. If you don’t know what you’re looking at, small stains in grooves and around sealants or old fillings may look like decay. 99% of the things pointed out could be polished off, not fillings. Dr. Scott’s second opinion saved her A LOT of unnecessary dental work and expense. It never hurts to get another opinion!
