Sometimes life happens and we have to make adjustments. Temporarily, I won’t be able to go to to the gym so I’m bringing it to me! Fitness is SUCH an important part of of my life, I refuse to take breaks. I will however be open to modifications!!! I’m getting some things out of storage I’ll need for my home workouts the next few weeks.
Because I’ll be home and not in the gym for a few weeks, I’m offering live workout sessions for those who want to participated. You don’t have to use the amount of weight I use; you don’t have to use weights at all! If you just want to vibe with me and get healthier, send me a message and let’s do this!!!

Healthy Vegan Breakfast. I used avocado oil to fry up the potatoes and veggies. Sooooooo delish. Heading to the gym soon so I always like to get a good amount of carbs in before a workout. I’ll drink a vegan plant based protein shake right before I start working out and have another after my workout. Did you know that for the first 30 minutes after your workout you can eat as many carbs as you want because they don’t count?!!!! You heard right... tear up those carbs after your workout and thank glycogen depletion!!! I hope everyone is having a fabulous Sun-Day!

I love love love my copper water bottle! It naturally makes my water alkaline. I added some cucumber in my water today to fight that stubborn belly fat. How do you like to drink your water?
