Four years ago, Astrogate was born. We took ten artists to 75+ shows and festivals along the way. It was a journey we will never forget, but the next step is here. We are proud to announce that Astrogate will be ceasing operations as both Brandon and Donovan move to become agents with a premiere group of people working in the same field, Prysm Talent Agency!

Astrogate Agency was always about helping our friends and colleagues become more successful, which is just what we plan to continue doing with Prysm. Thank you all for the wonderful journey you helped create. Onward and upward!

ObeyGrey, also known as OG, is deeply rooted in the Cedar Falls, Iowa music scene, where he has shared the stage with an impressive array of legendary artists. Over the past decade, he has performed alongside iconic figures like Bleep Bloop, Mikrodot, Salty, Murkury, Molokai, G***a White Night, Terravita, Digital Ethos, Aedfx, It Hz, Phutureprimitive, Lapa, Distinct Motive, Hebbe, Hypho, Deerskin, Sicaria, and Hamdi, to name just a few. This extensive list of collaborations underscores OG's established presence and influence in the music industry.

OG's musical style is a distinctive blend of hip-hop, classic deep dubstep, and contemporary bass music. His discography is brimming with powerful releases, many of which have found their home on renowned labels such as RWND140, Subciety, Widdfam, Colorblind Music Group, Mooncrew Records, Heavy Artillery Records, Sum R&R, and more. His tracks have garnered support from notable figures in the industry, including Doorly, Bro Safari, VEIL, Toadface, Medicine Place, Basura, and others.

In 2016, ObeyGrey embarked on a new venture by co-founding the record label and agency known as Mooncrew Unlimited, in collaboration with the glitch-hop artist Sweez. This initiative has grown into a potent force within the regional music scene, showcasing an eclectic mix of genres and offering a platform for artists to express their creativity.

We are incredibly proud and extraordinarily fortunate to announce the addition of Donovan Schmidt as our newest agent! Donovan has been with Astrogate for quite some time making art, managing contracts, and writing itineraries among many many other things. This next step for him and for our independent agency will be coupled with a roster announcement in the coming weeks. Keep your ear to the ground, as 2024 is sure to be a big year for Donovan and his clients!
