This job was a cool one. Our customer had a detached garage they wanted to turn into a mother in law suite. We had to almost re frame the entire place and the follow all the steps to seal it and insulate it.

We took the corner of the garage and made this pretty spacious bathroom and were able to tuck the wash and dryer in. Making spaces work is kind of our thing, we love being challenges with custom projects like this!

This was one of those “Hey do you think we can do this” moments. We designed everything on Kaplan then went to work framing and building it out. It took about 3 weeks to get the structure built inside and then another 2 months to get everything finished off.

Projects like these really make us define who we are, we’re not your everyday homebuilders building track homes or you local craftsman just installing cabinets. We think outside the box and are that type to do fully custom jobs!
