The first recipe I’ve made out of Claire Saffitz’s What’s For Dessert - donuts! These donuts turned out deliciously! I have a fair amount of experience with cake donuts but frying things is intimidating so this was my first time making fried donuts. While my frosting and decorating is far from perfect, there’s something wonderfully comforting about these beauties, I can’t wait to make them again 💕🍩
