This month is parent month here at Genesis! We are so grateful that you have given us the opportunity to work with your children. As a thank you we would love for you to try our adult program for the rest of the month for free! Our small group adult program is designed to help you improve your body composition, improve your energy, and get your fitness back on track for spring! We have convenient training times that align with your child’s sports performance training sessions so no need to make an extra trip!
