Getting a formal diagnosis of OCD and having someone call out the experience for me has changed the way I approach my thoughts and experince of anxiety so much.

If you suspect you have OCD or are just curious about some symptoms that may be OCD related, it can make a huge difference to be assessed by and work with an OCD specialist.
