I am a single provider practice which enables an opportunity to spend personalized time with my patients. I am a native Tennessean and started my career in healthcare at 19. After 10 years as an EMT and RN, I graduated from Vanderbilt in 2001 with a Masters in Nursing and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. My experience working with the adult population drives my passion on the importance of preventative and proactive measures for a healthier lifestyle.

I’m Rema Tanner. In July 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and severe Kidney Stone Disease. As a result, my left kidney has no function and my right kidney is severely compromised at 12%. Despite undergoing eight surgeries to remove stones and preserve kidney function, my condition continues to worsen. I now urgently need a kidney transplant. I am also facing dialysis, which significantly reduces life expectancy. I am seeking a Living Kidney Donor, as I have no family able to donate. Due to kidney stones, I am only eligible for a living donor transplant at this time. Donors with Type A or O blood are compatible, and those with different blood types can participate in a paired exchange program. The process is confidential, and medical costs are covered by insurance. Please consider helping me save my life by contacting my transplant center today.
