Let the weaning beginning!!

Wow 3 years ago.
It was in these first few pump sessions, and tears behind that closed door (which was the bereavement room) at work that led me to birthing Milky Business and it’s Stay Milky At Work Initiative. I implemented it and we had a fully functioning private pump room in the ER in a year. COVID delayed quite a bit of things.
This will forever be my proudest accomplishments.
