Are you a visual learner, an aural learner, a kinesthetic learner, or a read/write learner? Could you actually be all of these, depending on the task you want to accomplish? The answer is YES! We'll watch a video that debunks the learning styles myth, and then we'll review several strategies for becoming a multimodal learner.

Start off the semester with mindfulness and positivity: we'll identify our stressors, discuss ways to break our stress cycles, practice easy breathing techniques, use humor to relieve stress, and experience a guided meditation.
