Locked up another solid deal in Middle Georgia.
This one is in Jeffersonville, GA and it’s the type of property we’re always looking for — strong fundamentals and multiple ways to win.
The property has a large house (just under 2,800 sqft) sitting on about 15 acres with frontage along Hwy 80. Acreage + a house like this is getting harder to find, especially in this price range.
A few reasons we liked this one right away:
• ~15 acres of land
• Nearly 2,800 sqft house
• Zoned R-AG (Residential Agricultural)
• Good access and not far from the Macon market
• Several different exit strategies
Based on the CMA analysis, automated valuation models are around $298K with comparable analysis showing potential values closer to $345K depending on updates and positioning.
