What an incredible week at Roosevelt Warm Springs Summer Dreamers Camp!

Disability Connections had the privilege of spending the week alongside some truly amazing young adults as they explored new opportunities, built confidence, made friendships, and discovered pathways toward their future goals.

Throughout the week, youth had the opportunity to experience a variety of career and life pathways, including hospitality, culinary arts, CNA, heavy equipment, financial literacy, vocational training, independent living skills, and more!!! Every day was filled with hands-on activities, learning experiences, team building, and plenty of laughter!

Watching each participant step outside their comfort zone, try something new, and seeing just how capable they are was humbling. The growth, determination, and excitement we witnessed throughout the week was inspiring.

A huge thank you to the staff, volunteers, CIL’s, and everyone at Roosevelt Warm Springs who worked tirelessly to make this experience possible. Your dedication is helping shape brighter futures and opening doors to new possibilities for so many young people.

Out heart is full after this week. And we are so proud of every participant and grateful to have been a small part of their journey. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish next!
