• We build and maintain positive and healthy RELATIONSHIPS with youth and families in schools, homes, communities and organizations. We encourage our youth to establish positive behaviors and relationships with others.

• The key to leadership is to LEAD with love. We believe in building a leadership culture where our youth, staff, volunteers and families feel cared for, loved and respected.

Organization Focus Our goal is to provide mentorship and positive youth development to champion youth girls through the stages of adolescence into adulthood. Our areas of focus are leadership development and personal growth. Our vision is for each girl to go beyond their limits to maximize their full potential to achieve success and a bright future.
