⭐Meet the team: Cade Brownlee, FNP-C⭐

Cade Brownlee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in vascular and endovascular care. A native of Macon, Georgia, Cade has spent most of his life in the Middle Georgia area and is proud to serve the community he calls home.

Cade provides care for patients with a wide range of vascular conditions, including carotid artery disease, peripheral artery disease (PAD), venous insufficiency, and dialysis access needs. He also has experience assisting with minimally invasive endovascular procedures and is committed to helping patients improve their vascular health and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

Known for his approachable and compassionate nature, Cade values building strong relationships with his patients and guiding them through every step of their treatment journey.

Outside of the office, Cade enjoys fishing, watching college football, and spending time with his family.

⭐Meet the team: Wade Carr, FNP-C⭐

Wade Carr is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from Middle Georgia State University, followed by his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He later completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University.

Wade's clinical approach emphasizes evidence-based practice, health promotion, disease prevention, and the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. He is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, providing professional, compassionate care while helping individuals achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.

Outside of caring for patients, Wade enjoys spending time with family and serving his community.
