Fish Food Farms

Ole Satch is guarding our Satsuma trees! Since we put up the fence he’s allowed to come down to the garden area. One squished plant and he is outta there! Some of the satsumas look like they will be ready in another week or so! Farmer George, my brother Tim and nephew Avery got the lower left quadrant “winterized” this past weekend while I worked on some “aesthetics”. My hope is we will have the main part done by Thanksgiving!!

We always talk about “feeding your soil” so here is the class! We will discuss different methods, get a little vermiculture in and even make some compost tea!
