Cantilever Vs. Perimeter Piering.
Perimeter piering puts all the weight on the center of the deck which can cause the posts to bend like this. It can also cause the center of the deck to sag.

Warranties are a joke for 99% of remodeling projects because they have exclusions such as
“This deck is not warrantied if it is exposed to sunlight”
OR
“Normal weathering”
OR
Any of the other ridiculous get out of jail free cards manufacturers put in the warranty.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡.
99% of the time your deck is only as good as the company installing it.
Make sure they have a track record of success.
Make sure they have a reputation for customer satisfaction.
And when selecting a product, READ THE WARRANTY.
