Here’s how I did it: ❗️

Healing my relationship with food was #1. I went from restricting myself and craving junk food constantly, to understanding that food will either heal or cause disease.

I became aware of what ingredients were in the products I was using on my skin/hair every day and how they were wreaking havoc on my gut/hormones. I threw everything out and started from scratch. Literally from scratch. Together, my mom and I created our own skin/hair/body products using only natural ingredients to embark on the journey to wholeness.

I’ve never felt healthier or happier than I do now. Creation is a wonder- designed to nourish, restore and heal our bodies. 🌱
