With everything blooming around us, it’s the perfect time to slow down, recharge, and take a moment for yourself. This is a super relaxing evening with guided meditation, sound healing, and reiki—no experience needed!

It could be a fun moms night out, girls night, date night, or even a peaceful solo escape (honestly, we all deserve that 😌).

I’ve missed connecting with everyone—after my accident last summer I had to pause a lot while healing, but I’m slowly getting back into things and would love to see some familiar (or new!) faces 💕

Dear Soul Family,

I know many of you have been wondering when I’ll return to teaching our Saturday morning yoga and meditation classes. It’s been quite some time since I’ve shared an update, and I wanted to reach out personally to let you know where things are.

As many of you know, my accident back in July was quite serious. I’m still on my healing journey and recently had surgery on my wrist this past Friday. My doctors have also recommended a back procedure to help with the pain from the fracture I suffered in my spine. These past few months have been a true lesson in patience, surrender, and learning to receive help from others — something that hasn’t been easy for me.

I’ll be in a cast for the next six weeks and won’t begin occupational therapy until the end of December. It truly breaks my heart that I haven’t been able to teach, or even practice yoga myself, but I’m holding onto the hope that with time, rest, and continued healing, I’ll be able to return to teaching when my body is ready.

In the meantime, my dear friend Joanne at Sound Healing Remedies has graciously continued to host our monthly Sound Baths on her own. I’m so grateful for her love and support through all of this. While I won’t be offering Reiki at this month’s Sound Bath — and may not be able to attend in person — it would mean the world to me if you could show her your support and presence.

✨ The next Sound Bath will take place on Sunday, November 23.
Since Reiki will not be included, the price has been reduced, and registration is now open.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued love during this time. Your messages and good energy have lifted me more than words can express. I can’t wait until the day I’m able to share space with you all again — grounded, whole, and healed.
