For over 30 years East Lynn BullDogs have been lucky enough to have Duke Wilson as part of the program. Starting as a coach & eventually becoming president he has had & still has a huge impact on our youth. He created an expectation of a winning culture that was built on support, respect & real coaching. His impact will be felt for eternity. It's not just great coaching he's brought to the table. It's the help in raising good men off the field that might be most impressive. The easiest way to put it is, Duke Wilson is the G.O.A.T. !!! That's why it's important for him to get his flowers as he steps back from being our president to focus on family & coaching. His impact will continue to be felt through his coaching & the culture he's created will be carried on by John Raye the new President of Lynn BullDogs. The two have worked side by side for years now with Duke taking John under his wing & teaching him the ropes. They have a brotherly respect for one another that grew bigger than football & will continue to work together with different titles. John Raye is coming in with reinforcements. The board has been strategically put together to operate as a fine tuned machine. Andrew Mumbauer will come in as VP , Shianne Suggs & Jen Picariello as cheer coordinators, Andrew Dixon as equipment manager & Kimberly Raye as the chief advisor heading an advisory board that'll be created annually. As the torch is passed it's important to know that as we grow & changes may happen Duke Wilson has set the tone and success is the only option. In the words of Coach Duke, "just win baby"
