Feeling good today finally! I feel like I missed Christmas wishes and I am grateful to be sending New Year’s Wishes! What did you do with your extra hour today?

So I took a whole weekend to fill my cup. I’m amazed at how much better I feel tonight. Grateful for the not so subtle pushes to get away and recharge.

I spent my extra hour today down by Lake Erie watching the waves and the birds. After about 55 minutes the sun snuck under the clouds to nudge me back to reality. I’m always supported.
