She received a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Texas and a Doctorate in Audiology from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York. High summer heat can damage delicate hearing aid electronics. When you're lounging by the pool or beach, keep your devices safely stored in a cool, shaded case. Apply your SPF and let it dry completely before putting in your hearing aids to avoid clogging the microphones. And remember: never leave your devices in a hot car or direct sunlight!
