Giles Insurance Adjusting is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Tampa, FL team. This role supports our leadership team, manages daily office operations, and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Filing, data entry, and general clerical skills
- Experience in insurance or claims is a plus
