I opened up a few spots for in person training, but they are limited. The pack of 30 expires after 3 months, the 20 pack expires after 2 months and the 5 pack expires after 1 months. No refunds after purchase. These can also be for partner or small group if you have a friend or two you want to workout with. Comes with access to my app and nutrition coaching.

Online coaching through my custom app is 30% off for Black Friday. This option is ideal for someone who is self motivated, has access to gym equipment at home or a gym and does better with self guided workouts. This includes access to my app, weekly check-ins, and nutrition coaching. This does require a 3 month commitment.

Body Work session and packages are 10% off until 12/6. I’m also a certified and licensed athletic trainer and I offer body work services which are: myofacial release, trigger point, cupping, stretching, e-stim and rehab exercises. This is ideal for someone who is suffering from aches! and pains, struggling to recover, body builders, or someone back from an injury

Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸⁣

Here is a different variation of the The “Murph” for you! There isn’t a specific or required time to complete the Murph Challenge, since the real meaning behind it is to honor LT Michael P. Murphy and the other brave men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.⁣

There are ways you can modify the Murph for your fitness level or limitations. In this variation we are rowing instead of running, you can also do TRX rows instead of the pull-ups, you can do sit-ups instead of pushups, and you can even cut everything in half and do the half Murph challenge!⁣⁣
