Demo is nearing completion on “The Oxley”. Unfortunately the side porch addition was not salvageable, as it was structurally compromised from a poor foundation and termite damage. The original home however is in great shape moving forward!

The side deck is being restructured and framing of the interior should begin in the coming week or so! We are also scheduled for a brand new roof very soon! The project is moving quick and we are on pace for our July 1 deadline we set for ourselves!
