The Ruffled Cup is a locally owned bakery that specializes in cupcakes but offers a wide variety of baked goods and treats. We bake our cupcakes fresh every day with only the best ingredients. Originally started in Amarillo in 2010, we are proud to be a part of the Lubbock community as of 2016!
