Due to our 501c3 status, we cannot align ourselves with any political party or person. As you know this is a country that is divided and our motive is to rally citizens and our leaders around this country to come together as one, regardless of political affiliation. If you go to our website www.backtoourroots.org, you will see that we have been invited twice to Washington, D.C. To this date we ha
ve been the only horse allowed on the Washington Mall except the mounted police. The highest honor ever bestowed on us was the invitation to be a part of a military funeral for a fallen Marine. Taylor was honored to lead the funeral precession to the cemetery on horseback and then lay the gray (white) horse down humbling before the Lord and say a prayer for our country and the Marine's family. "Back to Our Roots" orginated as an off Broadway production which will be held at the Hammerstein Theater in New York City. We have some work to finish the production so a date has not been locked in yet but we will continue to keep you updated. One of the things dear to our hearts are the moral of our soldiers, and we are working toward producing a series of USO tours with one of them being at the level Bob Hope did. Our plans are to call them, "In Memory of Bob Hope". We feel that we need to encourage our soldiers and let them know how much our country appreciates them. In fact, it does not matter who our leaders are, if we don't have our soldiers, we will not have our freedom!
