Thank you to everyone who joined today’s GNO 💫

We had such a great time discussing one of the most misunderstood supplements—creatine.

From kidney health myths to its real benefits for strength, recovery, and even metabolism… today was all about separating facts from fear.

Key takeaway:
Creatine doesn’t harm healthy kidneys—when used correctly, it can be a powerful and safe tool to support your performance and body composition.

we loved all the questions, energy, and engagement today 🤍

More GNO sessions coming soon… stay tuned ✨
