In a time when so much communication happens through email and text, many are longing for genuine human connection.

The Courage to Connect is a six-week online introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a practical approach to communication that supports deep listening, empathetic presence, and honest self-expression while helping people stay connected even in difficult conversations. This relational framework is applicable in the classroom or lab, with colleagues, and in conversations with administration.
