Last week, Dean Sheridan was in Washington D.C. working with the Council of Graduate Schools to advocate for the economic importance of graduate education and federal funding for research. While in DC he visited with TTU students in the Government & Public Service Internship Program about their experience in congressional offices. The future is in good hands.
Dean Sheridan also visited with TTU Graduate School alums, Hannah Snidman and John Sena Akoto, about how their degrees prepared them for their careers and to tell them about how Tech is moving forward to increase its impact through research and improving the lives of individuals and communities.
