Hi everyone! I’ve been a little MIA on this page over the last year. Turns out being a mom to 2 babies under 2, managing a practice, and keeping up with a social media page was harder than i thought 🥴

BUT a few things have changed at TFC and I wanted to give y’all an update! After 3 years at I have moved offices. I absolutely loved my time there and will be forever grateful to Kelly for giving me the opportunity to start my practice there.

The new office is great and has plenty of room for families! Cardi has settled in very nicely. Speaking of dogs, we officially retired our chocolate lab, Duke, from working as a therapy dog. He’s getting older and deserves to bask in the sun like the potato he is.

I also want to give a big shout out to for taking these beautiful pictures of the space! The website has been updated and can’t wait for y’all to check it out!

I won’t promise that I’ll be posting more regularly (gotta practice being realistic and managing my own expectations) BUT I’m excited for this next chapter and I hope to see you soon!
