3. All returns are for store credit or exchange only (when available)! Sore credit must be used within 30 days of receipt.
* Due to limited quantity of inventory direct exchanges are not always available because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can:
* Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like if the product is still available. Credit cannot be applied until the item is received and noted to be meet return policy standards/conditions.
* All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.
* Shoes must be returned in mailer or box in their original condition. This means in the box with original packaging and box must be free of shipping labels and tape. No exceptions will be made.
4. Damaged/Defective Items:
* Our team checks all items for any damage or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item please see the information below.
* Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
* All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
* Please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.

* All items must be shipped back to Everywhen Boutique within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
* All sale items are final sale as well as:
