In contrast with some other engineering-related clubs, River Hawk Racing succeeds most from including students of various backgrounds and majors, including but not limited to, engineering, business, marketing, accounting, and graphic design. Driving the car is only a small fraction of what River Hawk Racing is truly about. Most of the team's progress are down to the most behind the scenes stuff, including working to resolve conflict, building relationships, and ultimately, doing whatever it takes to succeed.
