We are looking for a Fellowship or IR Residency-trained, CAQ-certified / eligible IR to provide high-quality IR in a community practice. Case mix is diverse but focuses on PAD, IO, venous access, biopsy/drainage, GU, venous interventions, dialysis access maintenance, gastrostomy, visceral embolization, vein ablation, vertebral augmentation and hepatobiliary interventions. Currently 4 IRs. Opportunity to help build service lines. Dynamic, successful group offering full partnership track and generous benefits.

We are proud to celebrate one of our own, CRA's Dr. Allan Hoffman, as he concludes an impactful five-year tenure as Chair of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Private Practice Advisory Council.

Throughout his service, Dr. Hoffman played a key role in advancing resources, education, and advocacy for interventional radiology practices across the country. His accomplishments include:

• Co-developing the SIR Business Institute with Dr. Mary Costantino and Dr. Derek Mittleider
• Expanding the reach and value of the SIR Business Center
• Publishing the SIR Private Equity Primer alongside Dr. Kamal Morar
• Leading the collection of workforce productivity and compensation data that will inform the creation of toolkits to allow IRs to negotiate effectively with their hospitals, systems
• Serving on the SIR Membership Committee and the Peripheral Arterial Disease Clinical Specialty Council as well as PAD Champions Committee

During this time, Dr. Hoffman was also named a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (FSIR), one of the highest honors in the specialty. This prestigious distinction recognizes physicians who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, innovation, education, and lasting contributions to the advancement of interventional radiology.

We thank Dr. Hoffman for his dedication to the profession, his commitment to private practice advocacy, and his leadership within SIR. His contributions have helped strengthen the future of interventional radiology and will continue to benefit physicians and patients for years to come.
