Our engineers have designed these process stations to have complete control over our customer's process by implementing robotics with PLC controls which monitors time, chemical composition and temperature. The system has the ability to dose out certain parameters for the chemicals as well as collect spent chemicals into the waste collection drums. The drums have their own exhausted cabinet which drums are delivered using the custom designed drum delivery cart and ramp. It is truly a complete process system.
