I'm obsessed with spreadsheets, numbers and keeping things tidy. I’m your typical introverted Enneagram 9: I prefer when we all get along, I spend a lot of time focusing on the needs of others, and I’m too optimistic (yep - I’m the friend that’s always late and I’m always running out of gas. And most importantly >>>> I'm on a mission to help small business owners understand their numbers so they can grow profits, pay themselves more, and kick butt at tax time.

You don’t have to make big moves & you don’t have to have big feelings when it comes to your finances ↓

You don’t need to overhaul everything overnight or make risky leaps to get ahead. The real progress comes from small, steady actions like tracking your spending, saving a little more each month, or reviewing your numbers regularly. These simple, consistent habits are what create real financial confidence over time.

And you don’t have to feel all the things to make progress either. Money doesn’t always have to be emotional, overwhelming, or heavy. The more you separate your feelings from your finances, the easier it becomes to make calm, intentional choices. Peace with your money comes from simple action not reaction.

We’ve paused onboarding until the new year because taking care of our current clients comes first. Wouldn’t you want a bookkeeper who prioritizes your books over new business during the most important season of the year?

Book a discovery call and get on the waitlist for the new year at numbersbyjen.com ❤️

If you're as utterly shocked as we are that it's already the end of October then you know the gut wrenching feeling we had when writing this post 😬

We hear it and see it often. If you're a DIY biz owner and are behind on your bookkeeping, you are not the only one. It's nothing to be ashamed of but I bet just thinking about it brings up some negative feelings.

You're neck deep in holiday promo planning. You're up late at night writing your own social media posts and email newsletters. And on top of it all, you're also managing all of your own client work.

I hate to be the one to tell you but organizing your books isn't something you can just skip. It has to be done. The sooner you catch up, the sooner you don't have to think about it anymore.

You got this! ❤️

An important read 👇

2 spots open for September
3 spots open from October

If you're...

+ feeling anxious or overwhelmed about your 2025 books and what next April will look like come tax time

+ looking for insights on the progress of your business this year and can't find the answers yourself

+ seriously tired of doing everything yourself in your business and one of your 2025 goals is to delegate or grow your team
.. then this is your sign to get on our books before the year ends. Or actually before the end of October gets here because that's when we pause onboarding until February.

If you book your discovery call and schedule your onboarding before mid-October, we'll dive into your books for this entire year and give you a deeper insight into your business and finances than you've ever had.

Bottom line... if you said this would be the year you would GO FOR IT, well then what's stopping you?

It starts with a free discovery call
