We have Kronenbourg 1664 Pale Lager available for $5 through Monday, July 20th, as we continue our Bastille Day celebration.

Geronimus Hatt founded the Kronenbourg Brewery back in 1664 in Strasbourg, France, laying the groundwork for what is, today, France’s best-selling lager.

This particular recipe was first introduced in 1952 and uses Strisselspalt hops, a rare variety native to the Alsace region in France that brewers refer to as the “caviar of hops.”

Order one on your next visit to the bar and expect a balance of floral, citrus, and herbal aromas.

Our Bastille Day celebration is still running through Monday, July 20th, so this special cocktail will stay on the menu through the weekend.

The Champs-Élysées, first created in the 1920s, was made and named as a direct tribute to the most famous avenue in Paris.

Our version uses Hennessy, Green Chartreuse, Angostura, and Lemon.

Our celebration of French independence and culture is officially underway tonight from 5pm to 9pm, featuring drink specials and jeroboam champagne pours.

We’re also using the holiday to roll out our new seasonal menu rotation. Here are a few additions you can expect to see:

Merguez & Clams: Freedom Run Farm lamb sausage, littleneck clams, white beans, preserved lemon, sauce verte.

Pork Chop: 16oz bone-in chop, blistered green cabbage, roasted turnips, fennel jus gras.

Grand Aioli: Summer Vegetables, jammy egg, confit fingerling potatoes.

Peach & Goat Cheese Salad: Capriole Julianna, pecans, watercress, mint, lemon.

If you can’t make it down to our fête tonight, these new seasonal rotations will be waiting for you. And we have our drink specials on through next Monday, July 20th.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14th, from 5pm to 9pm, we’re cracking open large-format champagne bottles while introducing a new menu, cocktail additions, and drink specials.

• Lallier Champagne: 3L Jeroboam Bottle Pour ($20)

• Champs-Élysées: Hennessy, Green Chartreuse, Angostura, Lemon ($18)

• French 75 ft. Citadelle Gin, Lemon, Sparkling Wine ($15)

If you can’t make it tomorrow night, pas de soucis! The Bastille Day menu specials will run all week through the following Monday, July 20th.

We’re bringing back some crowd favorite menu items from when we first opened such as the Grand Aioli and some new items such as the Merguez & Clams. Stay tuned for the full menu reveal on Bastille Day.

Our escargot is served the classic way: bubbling hot in garlic-parsley butter with a fresh Haymarket baguette for soaking up the sauce.

Wednesday means our Triple Crown special starts at 5:00 PM. $25 gets you a cheeseburger, hot fries, and a lovely martini. Every Wednesday. That said, if you want our opinion, you should use tonight as an opportunity to upgrade and try Le Burger M. Peppers - Berry Beef, gruyère, caramelized onion, dijonnaise…all drowned in au poivre.
