Louisville backs $30 million plan to add pedestrian path to K&I Bridge The city is sponsoring a $30 million proposal to make the crossing between the Portland neighborhood and New Albany, Ind., a “shared-use path” that would open by 2040.

Old Portland residents & new Portland investors need the city to make a huge investment in the west RiverWalk. Then, we can lobby Norfolk Southern to open the K&I Bridge to New Albany.
