Blincoe & Shutt PSC
Shutt have built their practice on the foundation laid by Dr. William P. Blincoe who began the practice in St. Matthews the summer of 1952. In 1960, the practice moved to its present location at 4122 Shelbyville Road in the Owens Medical Center located in the heart of St. Dr. Glenn Blincoe joined the practice in 1979. Dr. David Shutt joined the practice in 1989. Both graduated from the University
