Target 4 Region 5 provides FREE, rapid HIV & HEP C testing and HIV prevention services with the goal to enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of people in Anderson, Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, & Trimble Counties in KY. Our services include but are not limited to: Providing free HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, referrals to HIV/AIDS support services, referrals for other STI

Program Update:
Due to the anticipated weather conditions this weekend, harm reduction services on Saturday at the Dixie Hwy location will be closed. You can still visit the Portland site today between 1pm and 4pm at 2215 Portland Avenue (Portland Family Health Center).
