The Pointe

The Pointe is the transformation of a 100 yr old leather lace and cotton sash factory into the premier adaptive re-use and mixed-use development in the Butchertown/Nulu Area. The Pointe is a designated, Historically Certified, adaptive reuse, mixed development of a former leather lace and cotton sash factory, encompassing over 90,000 square feet of usable space that dates back to the 19th century.

Okay y’all, it’s one of my favorite days of the year!
