Chef Drake Aldrich plays on comforting classics in our latest Prix Fixe Menu..

Our weekday Prix Fixe Menu is available every Sunday through Thursday, and a portion of all sales benefit Blessings in a Backpack, the Louisville Chapter.

"Challenges help make us who we are. There were times in the past where food insecurity was a challenge for me. It was one of the reasons I was drawn to this industry. We believe that no one within our reach should face hunger. This is why we have decided to donate a portion of every purchase from the Prix Fixe Menu to “Blessings in a Backpack,” an organization that shares some of our core values. They work hard to provide meals to children with food insecurity."

Rich, silky and impossibly fragrant..

This dish was inspired by a traditional Middle Eastern dish called Ghalieh Mahi.

"I was introduced to this dish while collaborating on a benefit dinner years ago. I fell in love with the sour and tangy flavors that come fro the tamarind and fenugreek. And as the years have passed I have found many uses fro those flavors in a multitude of new dishes," says Executive Chef, Drake Aldrich.

"For Perso, I decided to pair the Ghalieh Mahi base with lentils and Black cod accented with a sweet and spicy Fresno chili relish and fresh cilantro and parsley."

Wonderfully balanced and rich in aromatics, this has been a favorite new dish from our Spring menu!
