At this year's conference, Catalyst Learning was proud to officially announce the launch of our NCharge Recognition Program!🎉 This initiative was created to honor the dedication, resilience, and leadership of charge nurses, shining a spotlight on their impact on staff, patients, and the future of healthcare.
