I often get asked, "𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀?" Because they are the 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 #𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁! If the is not relevant, engaging, and applicable to the learner & their work, you've lost them...so the training simply checks a box.

If you're not sure how to pronounce someone's name, simply ask. If you've been mispronouncing - work on getting it right, but don't make a big deal about it.
